Engineering & Technology Cray

The College of Engineering & Technology purchased a Cray J916 computer in the Summer of 1995. It is a 6 processor system, with 1GB of RAM and 36GB of hard disk space. Availability is limited to College of Engineering & Technology faculty and students sponsored by College faculty.

Software currently installed is lsdyna3d, adina, fortran 77 and 90 compilers, and an ANSI C compiler.

Accounts may be requested by telneting to host engrss2. Login using a username of cray with a password of yarc.
